The Change

Andrew Carnegie once said, " Dealing with people is like digging for the gold. When you go digging for gold, you have to move tons of dirt to get an ounce of gold. But when you go digging, you don't go looking for the dirt, you go looking for the gold."

How do you evaluate a person? Do you always complain about the nature of the person you deal with? Do you believe that people around you are not so nice to you? Change your vision; Change your perspective. Everyone will have something positive in them. Find out some time to appreciate it( at least in your mind). Go looking for the gold around you, not the dirt. The more you appreciate the positiveness in a person, the more positive he will be towards you. Feels like a bull**** write up? This theory is not only for people but for everything around you. Change your perspective and read it once more: and feel the change!
